Women's Football

NoonManchester City v Arsenal live

The Gunners are under pressure just four games into the campaign, having dropped points in their recent games and sorely underperforming in a 1-1 tie against Aston Villa last Saturday. The Gunners lag Chelsea by 4 points. Manchester City, meanwhile, have bounced back from their opening round loss to achieve three straight victories and hold third place in the WSL standings, whereas Arsenal are in unexpected fifth place. Minute-by-minute updates will be offered.

Grand Prix

2:00 PMF1 Singapore qualifying

Lap-by-lap commentary will bring you all the action in what is certain to be a exciting session. Back-to-back victories for Verstappen have added a bit of spice to the title race. Oscar Piastri and Norris will be keen for strong outings in the Singapore GP. The team's strong form for most of the season means they could wrap up a tenth constructors’ title on race day, but the Dutchman's improved form has triggered a few nerves. Although the Australian still leads Norris by 25 points in what seems a two-driver battle for the driver's championship, any hiccups could allow the Red Bull driver to cut further into the 69-pt gap to first place.

Premier League

Three in the afternoonArsenal v West Ham and Manchester United v Sunderland live

Updates on important matches with a pair of managers especially in focus. The constant focus on Ruben Amorim’s struggles at Manchester United has escalated to critical, and the meeting with the Black Cats has all the signs of a decisive moment before the international break. Amorim’s fiftieth match in charge might be his last, despite the team having won their past two home games. After 49 games, his stats stands at: 18 wins, 12 draws, 19 losses. That 36.7% win percentage is much lower with his predecessor Erik ten Hag’s 70% at the same stage. West Ham, on the other hand, play for their second game under Nuno Espírito Santo, following Monday's 1-1 draw at Goodison Park. West Ham have the interesting record of having defeated Arsenal back-to-back at the Emirates. A further home defeat by their local rivals seems unlikely given the Arsenal's recent form – six wins from their past eight top-flight matches.

EPL

5.30pmChelsea v Liverpool live

Saturday’s evening fixture sees the clash of teams in a dip in form. Maresca's Blues have suffered successive Premier League losses, to United and Brighton & Hove Albion, while the defending champions lost 2-1 to Palace before stumbling in the European competition in Turkey in midweek. Slot's team are without a win in their past four Premier League games at Stamford Bridge but have not lost consecutive league matches since April 2023. Searching for signs? Alexander Isak, the Reds' new signing, has found the net in his past two Premier League appearances at the Bridge, though both games ended in losses for his former team Newcastle. Minute-by-minute coverage will be provided.

Sunday

Soccer

Eight in the morningMatchday live

Coverage will sort through the fallout from Saturday's matches before turning to a Sunday lineup that includes 5 Premier League matches as well as the local derby, as Ipswich welcome Norwich in the Championship at lunchtime. In the Scottish top flight, both Glasgow giants are in action. Celtic play Motherwell FC and struggling Rangers visit Falkirk FC. In Europe, Barcelona v Sevilla is among five La Liga games, while Juventus face Milan in a high-profile Serie A match.

Horse Racing

11:45 AMPrix de l’Arc de Triomphe live

Pre-race analysis and post-race reaction from one of the horse racing's biggest races will be available. In a field of 17 for the 3:05 PM feature race, the Aidan O’Brien-trained Minnie Hauk is the 3/1 favourite after being given a ideal starting position in stall one. O’Brien, who is aiming for a third win in the race, also runs Los Angeles, third last year, but the horse will have to overcome stall 14 to claim victory. Another runner, who is just behind Minnie Hauk in the odds, was handed stall 12. Chances of a maiden Japanese-trained winner were hurt, with the Derby victor, Croix Du Nord, and the Prix Foy winner, Byzantine Dream, drawn in stalls 17 and 15 respectively. Their countryman a third Japanese runner appears more favorably positioned in gate 4. Fabre's duo of Sosie and Cualificar did better with stalls three and eight respectively, while Francis-Henri Graffard’s three had reasonable draws.

Formula One

One in the afternoonSingapore Grand Prix live

Live coverage of the big race under the Singapore lights will be provided. Obviously Max Verstappen has momentum – he was second at his home Grand Prix in the Netherlands before his wins in Italy and Baku – but probably still needs a spectacular the team's drop in form, as well as victories in the seven remaining races and three sprints, to {clin
